ethnic pupils thereby reducing problems of underachievement, truancy and
exclusion. DLC also seeks to make a greater impact in the lives of our
pupils and the educational system. We contribute to ensuring that children
and young people stay safe, are
healthy, enjoy and achieve, make a positive contribution and achieve
well-being. In other words, we are committed to the outcomes of Every
Child Matters and to the
‘Improving Opportunity, Strengthening Society’
